Purple Rice Extract

Introduction This purple rice is poaceae, a kind of Oryza. The raw material of purple rice is mainly distributed in Hanzhong and Qingling mountain of Shaanxi province, it contains high amount of nutriments such as anthocyanidins, flavone, and polyphenols etc. The purple rice in Hanzhong of Shaanxi province is one kind of the famous rice in ancient China, of which has more than 2000 years growth history, it was more often served for emperors because of its nutritiousness. The Purple rice is used in both food staff and medicine, in comparison of normal rice the purple rice contains higher amounts of vitamin, microelement and amino acid, which is good to prevent arteriosclerosis. As intermediates and additive the anthocyanidins extracted from Purple Rice bran is widely used in food staff, health care and cosmetics etc. Function The dark purple color of Purple rice differ from others is primarily due to it’s high anthocyanidins contents which is strong anti-aging. it also contains high amount of melanin of which mainly consist of flavone compound which has similar function of VP. The purple rice contains compound of alkaloid, phytosterol, tannin, which could strengthen the body’s immune systema immunity, nutriate humen body, it is also helpful of anti anaphylaxis, anti-aging etc.
